Further to the regulatory announcement at 11.32 on 2 July 2009, the directors of Sirius (AIM: SXX, OTC: SRUXY) wish to clarify that London Registrars PLC (“London Registrars”) is the legally appointed entity acting as Company Secretary, Peter Driver being a director of that company.
